Design and Build

The Design & Build complete solution starts with the initial concept & design phase, as described here.
Upon the validation of the design (plans, materials, custom-made joineries…), we support you in the construction and fit out phase:

• By helping you select qualified craftsmen and contractors for the work (consulting contractors, analyzing quotes, decision making)
• By organizing for the delivery of supplies / furniture on the site
• By conducting a weekly on-site meeting with the contractor(s), to oversee progress, control quality and compliance vs. agreed timeline and budget.

Price: 10 to 15% of the total cost of the project (excluding VAT)
